Where is the water failing to leave?
We compare retained water with the roof's drainage routes, outlets and visible low areas. We examine debris, damaged fittings and interrupted paths alongside the condition of the surrounding roof. A damaged drain flashing and an obstruction farther down the piping require different work. We identify a plumbing examination when the discharge beyond the roof connection remains uncertain. We explain the observations to the owner so a proposed roofing amount can be understood separately from the piping task needed.
For roof drain and scupper work, we inspect the connection dimensions, attachment and supporting material. We review the removal necessary to reach a sound boundary and the fitting condition needed before new material can be installed. If the concern requires changing drainage layout or levels, we identify the design or other assessment needed to settle that change. A ponding water roof repair should be based on the examined cause and construction, with the owner understanding whether a limited detail correction resolves the concern or whether a larger drainage decision remains.
